Dear Colegio Maya Community, 

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year and the Colegio Maya Family Handbook. As we embark on this new journey together, we are reminded that a vibrant learning community is built not just on shared words, but on shared actions.

While this handbook outlines the essential guidelines and operational details that keep our campus running smoothly, a school is far more than rules and regulations. At its heart, Colegio Maya is defined by how we care for and elevate every individual who walks through our doors.

That is why this year, our focus centers on a vital Core Value: “What We Say Matters. What We Do Matters More.”

Speaking up is vital to our community, but showing each other that we mean what we say is what builds real trust. We strive to model honor, respect, integrity, kindness, and cooperation by giving students ownership of their learning and creating work we can all be proud of. This handbook anchors those expectations, providing a clear map for how we translate our shared values into everyday practice.
