Parents,
Welcome
to the 2007 - 2008 school year. We invite you to join the PTA 3 for 3
programs. Promise PTA just 3 hours of your time this year and you will
benefit 3 others - your child, the teachers and the Maya community.
As parents, one of our greatest responsibilities is our children's education.
Since 1897 the parent teacher association (PTA) has provided support,
information and resources to families focused on their children's education.
Decades of research show that there is a link between strong PTA's and
excellent students and schools. When parents become involved with teachers
in educating their children it is a win-win situation for all involved.
Please consider volunteering for one of the many events sponsored by PTA.
Every Maya parent is automatically a member. We meet monthly on the 2nd
Thursday of each month at 8:00 am.
