Miles for Smiles - NHS

Would you like to spend quality time with your family while doing a wholesome and healthy activity?

As part of the Colegio Maya community, the National Honor Society (NHS) would like to invite you and your children to participate in our upcoming fundraiser Miles for Smiles.

Where? Colegio Maya

What is it? Miles for Smiles is a 10-hour marathon.

The runners must sign up with NHS before the day (inscription is Q60.00, includes a t-shirt), and we encourage them to get sponsors, or people who commit to pay a certain amount of money for every lap they run.

Who can attend? EVERYONE!! NHS will be organizing different activities and selling food and drinks at the event. It is not necessary for you or the runners to stay all 10 hours but we encourage you to participate as much as you can.

The money raised in Miles for Smiles will support kids with hearing disabilities and their school LAVOSI (Las voces del silencio) near la Antigua. We strongly encourage you to attend, and to sponsor a runner, join as a runner, or simply support this charitable event through a donation. Thank you and we hope to see you there!
