Education: Elementary teacher, High School teacher (mayor in Social Sciences), Talents Unlimited program International trainer, AP Spanish Teacher Courses offered: 2nd grade Spanish, level IV 4th grade Spanish, level IV MS Spanish, Level IV Language Arts 9th -10th Spanish, Level III 12th grade, AP Spanish Literature Reason for living in Guatemala: I was born here and I love this country! Time spent in Guatemala: All my life! Reason for choosing Colegio Maya: It’s a great school! I love that it is a small school where we all know each other. It is a welcoming place where everyone can learn and grow and become a better person. Quality of Experience in Guatemala and Colegio Maya: As Guatemalan I do think this is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Everyone should come and enjoy all we have to offer! Interests: I love to read, to spent time with friends and family, I love to travel and get to know new people, I love to try new foods and have new experiences. I enjoy art and music and nature. Family: My beautiful family is now of 5 members, my husband and 3 great boys (11, 3 and 1 ½ years). I also have and extended family that is very much part of my life. Future plans: See my kids grow happily and keep being involved in education.
