Courses offered: Spanish level II and III in First Grade. Spanish IV in Fifth Grade. Spanish IV in Eigth Grade. Central American Literature in Ninth Grade and History of Guatemala in Twelfth Grade. Reason for living in Guatemala: : I have many reasons to live here. This is a beautiful country, with perfect weather, rich in vegetables, fruits, flowers, fauna and natural resources. But the most important thing is the wonderful people and amazing culture of Guatemala. I feel very proud that I was born in Guatemala!!!! Time spent in Guatemala: All my life. Reason for choosing Colegio Maya: : I enjoy teaching within a diverse group of students, because I can learn a lot from them. Colegio Maya has good opportunities for professional development and wonderful environment where you can develop all your creativity and contribute to making students better people. Quality of Experience in Guatemala and Colegio Maya: I have been teaching Spanish for over twenty four years. This is my first year at Colegio Maya and in a short time I have shared a positive and wonderful academic environment. I have caught the Maya spirit! Interests: One of my major interests is to continue to investigate different ways that children can learn, and to develop their full potential. Family: My parents, siblings, husband and my three children have always supported me to accomplish my goals. Future plans: Continue to study, and learn from different experiences.
