Education: BFA : Jewelry and Silversmithing, BS : Mathematics, MA: Educational Computer Technology, Art Certification Courses offered: Pre-Calculus, Algebra 2 and Earth Science Reason for living in Guatemala: Time spent in Guatemala: Just 3 weeks. Reason for choosing Colegio Maya: The excellent reputation of Colegio Maya was the biggest factor Quality of Experience in Guatemala and Colegio Maya: : So far it has been great. Guatemala is a beautiful country with wonderful people. Interests: I try when I can to design and make jewelry and I love making ceramic works. I live in the country when I am in the US and there I spent most of my time in the garden and woods. I hike often, practice yoga, folk dance, and play card or any games for that matter. Family: I have two daughters, age 22 and 24. Leslie, the younger, lives in Australia and study commercial photography and Christina, the older, graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Theater Costume Design. Future plans: To grow to be a wise woman.
