Time for another great SOCIAL STUDIES unit! This week we will begin our study of COMMUNITIES. Students will begin by looking at their own communities and identifying places they LIVE, WORK and PLAY. Spend some time with your child discussing the things special about your community!

This week in Social Studies….students will be discussing the difference between flat maps and a globe. Students will also be reviewing the cardinal directions. We will be learning about the seven continents!
