Math

This quarter in math students will be getting ready for the midterm test. This test will cover all concepts covered so far this year including graphing, populations and samples, understanding and working with big numbers, fractions, ratios and division. In order to prepare for the test students should study a little every night by reviewing what is in the text book.

Following the test, we will then be focusing on further investigations with fractions, geometry, decimals and probability. As well, it is recommended that your child review and practice his/her multiplication facts in order that the facts can quickly and easily be recalled.
