Howard University Courses offered: Physical Science, Chemistry and Environmental Science Reason for living in Guatemala: I love Central America and Guatemala seemed so colorful and it is definitely proving to be as colorful and is seems! Time spent in Guatemala: Just over 1 year Reason for choosing Colegio Maya: This school has a fantastic reputation and the philosophy for teaching students was one I truly had not really come across, but it is a philosophy I truly believe in. Quality of Experience in Guatemala and Colegio Maya: Guatemala is amazing! Every day I discover something new about this country and I love every aspect. I'm so happy living here and I hope to stay for a few more years! Interests: Anything that invloves the outdoors especially hiking, environmental and women's rights activism, latin dancing, jewelry-making and many more I can't quite think of at the moment. Family: My immediate family lives in Maryland, my cats are with me, and most of my extended family is in Denmark. Future plans: Heading "Down Under" this summer…
