Frienship Fair

The Friendship Fair, which is sponsored by the PTA, has been going on for over 20 years. At first, the fair had a theme, some of which included Halloween, Western, Renaissance, Let's Go to the Movies and Fiesta Ole. Each class picks a booth to run. Some of the most popular have been the jail, the dunking machine, face painting, roulette, the cake walk and the fish pond. The PTA sells tickets, runs the raffle and coordinates the international food booths. The Senior class for the past decade has sold drinks and food. The Friendship Fair culminates in the raffle and the drawing for airplane tickets. In the early 80's the raffle was preceded by the auction with Mr. Lou Nadle as auctioneer.
